About the Role

You will lead a global food and beverage strategy across offices, data centers, and manufacturing sites. You will establish standards, transition to an in-house lunch and catering partner, plan food services for new locations, manage budgets and vendors, build sustainability into operations, and track program performance and employee satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience leading food and beverage, corporate dining, or hospitality programs
  • Experience building or scaling multi-site programs
  • Experience designing catering, dining, or events programs
  • Vendor selection, contract negotiation, and service-model design experience
  • Experience supporting food service in industrial, manufacturing, data center, or shift-based environments
  • Strong vendor negotiation and contract management skills
  • Experience building and managing multi-site budgets
  • Knowledge of sustainable food service practices
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Willingness to travel approximately 25–30%
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience

  • Equip regional Workplace Managers with operating playbooks
  • Track program health, employee satisfaction, cost per person, waste diversion, and vendor performance
  • Share program progress with leadership
