About the Role
You will support the in-office coffee bar, maintain kitchens and shared areas, manage dishwashing and cleaning, restock supplies, organize inventory and deliveries, provide general facilities support, assist with office events and setups, and provide backup coffee bar coverage.
Requirements
- Prior barista experience is a plus but not required
- Customer service skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Professional and reliable conduct
- Ability to lift 30 pounds
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Responsibilities
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of kitchens, common areas, storage spaces, and shared office areas
- Manage daily dishwashing operations
- Clean and sanitize kitchen surfaces and equipment
- Perform routine and scheduled upkeep
- Restock beverages, snacks, paper products, soap, sanitizer, and other consumables
- Monitor and organize inventory using FIFO rotation
- Assist with weekly inventory counts
- Receive and store deliveries
- Report maintenance issues
- Replace light bulbs and batteries
- Assist with workstation setups and office moves
- Support office meetings and events
- Cross-train in coffee bar operations and food safety procedures
- Provide backup coverage during operational needs
