About the Role

You inspect short-term rental homes before and after guest stays, document issues, restock supplies, prepare homes for arrivals, perform light maintenance, and respond to urgent guest or property needs. You support turnovers, track supply usage, communicate with guests and owners, dispatch field tasks, and travel between properties in your zone.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in hospitality, property care, vacation rentals, or a related field
• Detail-oriented and highly reliable
• Ability to follow checklists and brand standards
• Ability to lift 25+ pounds and walk or stand throughout the day
• Strong communication skills
• Comfort using mobile apps and task tracking tools
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and on-call rotations

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections before and after guest stays
• Document inspections and report issues
• Restock consumables and inventory supplies
• Leave gifts and welcome notes for arriving guests
• Handle basic maintenance tasks
• Coordinate larger maintenance issues with the Maintenance team
• Support turnovers with bedmaking, decor resetting, tidying, and trash removal
• Respond to urgent in-stay guest issues
• Track supply usage and flag unusual patterns
• Communicate with guests and owners
• Dispatch field tasks during non-peak periods
• Support operations in other zones as needed
