About the Role
You perform high-quality turnovers of vacation rental homes between guest stays. You clean and sanitize rooms, reset furniture and decor, replace linens, restock supplies and amenities, remove trash, report damage or missing items, and occasionally assist with laundry, linen transport, or deep-clean days. You work independently in a physical field-based role and travel between homes.
Requirements
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Ability to follow detailed checklists and work independently
- Ability to lift 25+ pounds and perform bending, kneeling, and extended standing
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Comfort using a smartphone or mobile app to log tasks and report issues
- Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed
Responsibilities
- Perform full-service turnovers of vacation rental homes
- Sweep, vacuum, mop, dust, and sanitize surfaces and rooms
- Move and reset light furniture for cleaning access
- Replace linens and towels and restock consumables and guest amenities
- Stage and reset decor and hospitality touches
- Remove trash and debris
- Report damages or missing items
- Maintain cleaning supplies and linens
- Assist with laundry, linen transport, or deep-clean days as needed
