About the Role
You will redesign business workflows, define their states, permissions, controls, and handoffs, and embed AI with human review. You will build agents, skills, automations, and integrations; measure outcomes; establish standards; and drive adoption.
Requirements
- 2–6 years in operations design, service design, product operations, business systems, or internal tools
- Workflow design experience
- Process mapping experience
- AI assistant, agent, automation, or internal tooling experience
- Prompt design and AI evaluation experience
- Automation and integration experience
- API, webhook, and connector knowledge
- Stakeholder communication experience
Responsibilities
- Redesign cross-functional business processes
- Design multi-system workflows with routing, permissions, and auditability
- Identify workflow edge cases, controls, and handoffs
- Define AI automation and human review patterns
- Build and maintain custom agents, skills, runbooks, and automations
- Measure workflow quality, adoption, and efficiency
- Establish workflow safety and documentation standards
- Drive adoption and change management
