- Document manual playbooks and identify automation opportunities
- Build AI agents for inbox monitoring, follow-ups, and tracker updates
- Turn repetitive outreach and tracking into autonomous workflows
- Manage app connectors from request through launch
- Secure OAuth approvals, API access, sandbox credentials, and test accounts
- Track connector approval stages and pursue outstanding approvals
- Create demo videos and scope-mapping documentation
- Maintain app status for engineering, product, and partners
