About the Role
You will help design, develop, and test autonomous-vehicle power-system equipment. You will select hardware and components, create PCB designs, wiring diagrams, models, simulations, and schematics, and support system integration. You will analyze datasets, complete assigned work, and communicate technical results to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Pursue a BS or MS in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- Demonstrate knowledge of electrical circuits, power systems, and control systems
- Demonstrate analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
- Use Altium or Cadence preferably
- Have exposure to I2C, SPI, CANbus, or battery systems
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and test AV power-system equipment
- Select hardware and components
- Create PCB designs and support system-level integration and testing
- Generate electrical wiring diagrams, tables, models, simulations, and schematics
- Gather, process, and analyze datasets
- Create technical presentations and communicate work to stakeholders
- Complete assigned small-scale work within quality, schedule, and cost constraints
