About the Role
You will own the WES product lifecycle from roadmap development through design, specifications, testing, and site deployment. You will translate business requirements into implementable specifications, coordinate with global developers, create test scenarios, support proofs of concept and integrations, and improve the product after launch.
Requirements
- Practical involvement in IT system development, including frontend, backend, embedded, or network development
- Experience creating or deeply reviewing specifications and design documents
- Experience advancing products or projects with multiple stakeholders
- Business-level English for specification discussions and documentation
- Japanese proficiency sufficient to perform the work
Responsibilities
- Develop the WES roadmap and manage priorities
- Provide specifications to the development team
- Design backend interfaces and algorithms and frontend UX and mockups
- Create specifications and design documents
- Manage progress, coordinate specifications, and conduct reviews with global development teams in English
- Create and review test scenarios and drive integration through acceptance testing
- Advance proofs of concept and support on-site integration
- Improve the product after launch
