About the Role
You will lead technology initiatives that deliver digital products and enterprise solutions. You will manage backlogs and multi-year roadmaps, coordinate cross-functional delivery, define technology strategies, maintain design-system materials, monitor KPIs, and communicate product vision to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 6 years of relevant experience, or master's degree and 4 years of relevant experience
- Experience designing, developing, and deploying web and mobile client-service applications using Agile methodologies
- Jira and Jira Align expertise
- Google Analytics and Open Web Analytics expertise
- Experience across the software development lifecycle
- Angular, ASP.NET, and SwiftUI expertise
- Eclipse, Visual Studio Code, Xcode, Figma, and Postman expertise
- Experience driving enterprise design-system adoption across web, iOS, and Android
Responsibilities
- Coordinate team deliverables and daily stand-ups
- Drive product execution across business, design, and technology teams
- Establish and manage product backlogs
- Identify actionable initiatives and monitor KPIs
- Collaborate to clarify requirements and resolve impediments
- Develop and execute enterprise-wide design-system plans
- Oversee UX materials and guidelines
- Lead technology initiatives to solve business problems
- Develop technology strategies aligned with customer-experience goals
- Communicate vision, strategy, and roadmaps to stakeholders
- Build partnerships with business stakeholders
