About the Role

You will drive website growth across measurement design, data analysis, UI improvement, and web direction. You will identify issues and develop hypotheses from data, create UI and information-architecture proposals, coordinate requirements and stakeholders, execute improvements, and validate results through PDCA cycles. You will also use AI tools to improve analysis, documentation, and operational processes.

Requirements

• Experience designing and operating measurement using GA4 and GTM
• Practical experience in website access analysis and quantitative analysis
• Experience identifying issues and planning and executing data-driven improvements
• Experience creating UI improvement proposals or information architecture using Figma or similar tools
• Web direction experience, including requirements organization, schedule management, and stakeholder coordination
• Experience driving projects while collaborating across multiple departments
• Experience using AI tools to improve and streamline work
• Experience using AppsFlyer, Ptengine, or similar tools
• Growth experience in web marketing, including continuous PDCA improvement
• Knowledge or practical experience in UI/UX design
• Knowledge of SEO or content marketing
• Experience operating a large-scale service or high-traffic website

Responsibilities

• Design measurement and build data-collection foundations using GA4 and GTM
• Analyze website access data and user behavior using GA4 and Ptengine
• Identify issues and develop hypotheses based on data
• Create UI improvement proposals and information architecture using Figma
• Organize requirements and direct web projects with internal and external stakeholders
• Execute improvement initiatives and validate their effectiveness through PDCA cycles
• Visualize and analyze initiative effectiveness using AppsFlyer and similar tools
• Use AI to accelerate analysis, hypothesis development, ROI calculations, UI proposals, documentation, and process automation
