About the Role
You will lead the end-to-end engineering delivery of the workforce management platform from design through general availability and beyond. You will build and manage the engineering organization, establish technical and operational standards, partner on architecture and planning, and communicate delivery status, risks, and trade-offs to senior leadership.
Requirements
- 15+ years of software engineering experience
- 7+ years of engineering leadership experience
- Experience building enterprise-scale SaaS
- Experience building and leading global engineering organizations
- Workforce management knowledge for contact centers
- Constraint-based optimization or operations research scheduling experience
- Java proficiency
- AWS development and operations experience
- CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code proficiency
- Experience with cloud-native distributed systems, APIs, event-driven architecture, streaming, workflow orchestration, and scalable data services
- Experience defining SLOs and SLIs, managing incidents, and improving reliability
- People leadership experience
- AI-assisted development experience
- Experience in a regulated financial-services environment
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end engineering delivery for the workforce management platform
- Build, structure, and lead the workforce management engineering organization
- Translate target architecture into engineering execution
- Establish cloud-native engineering, API, observability, deployment, and operational standards
- Ensure service ownership, resilience, security, compliance, and production readiness
- Report delivery status, risks, and trade-offs to senior leadership
- Represent engineering in cross-program planning
