About the Role
You will lead the engineering function through technical strategy, operating systems, culture, and hiring. You will align goals and roadmaps across the organization, manage trade-offs, develop engineers and managers, facilitate collaboration, and set infrastructure vision and technical-stack priorities.

- Experience leading a small fast-growing organization through growth
- Organizational design and technical strategy experience
- Experience hiring and inspiring senior engineers, researchers, and managers
- Strong people management and manager mentorship skills
- Ability to make technical decisions at an appropriate level of detail
