About the Role
You will lead company-wide operational execution. You will maintain delivery frameworks, roadmaps, timelines, and milestones; coordinate engineering, product, and leadership; identify delivery risks; guide project managers; and improve programme-management processes and reporting.
Requirements
- Experience leading complex cross-functional programmes or delivery functions
- Operational systems, planning frameworks, and execution processes
- Project management
- Communication and stakeholder management
- Ability to translate strategy into execution
- Experience in technical environments with engineering teams
- Robotics, AI, or hardware experience
- Hardware and software development cycles
Responsibilities
- Own and maintain the company-wide execution framework
- Track initiatives and projects in a single operational system with ownership and deadlines
- Drive alignment across engineering, product, and leadership
- Monitor project progress and resolve delivery risks and operational bottlenecks
- Provide operational oversight and guidance to project managers
- Improve programme-management processes, reporting, and execution standards
- Translate strategic plans into actionable delivery plans
- Maintain visibility of progress and risks for leadership
