About the Role
You will lead global growth marketing strategy and execution across demand generation, digital, ABM, field, partner, and integrated campaigns. You will set growth plans and investment priorities, build pipeline and conversion operations, coach leaders, create integrated go-to-market programs, and use AI to improve marketing execution and reporting.
Requirements
- 12+ years of B2B SaaS or enterprise technology marketing experience
- Leadership experience in growth, demand generation, or revenue marketing
- Experience building growth engines that deliver pipeline, revenue, and ROI
- Expertise in forecasting, attribution, funnel optimization, investment planning, and marketing performance measurement
- Experience building and developing high-performing teams and leaders
- Executive-level communication skills
- Hands-on experience using AI for marketing execution, personalization, analytics, and productivity
Responsibilities
- Own growth marketing strategy and execution
- Lead demand generation, digital, ABM, field marketing, partner marketing, and integrated campaigns
- Partner with go-to-market leaders to shape strategy and accelerate growth
- Build a predictable pipeline across enterprise, commercial, and global markets
- Translate growth objectives into marketing strategy and operating plans
- Lead and coach growth marketing teams
- Architect integrated go-to-market programs
- Embed AI into campaign planning, content creation, experimentation, personalization, reporting, and operations
- Build an operating cadence for pipeline health, forecasting, investments, and campaign performance
