About the Role
You will source and acquire high-value players, build and manage a pipeline of VIP prospects, and develop tailored acquisition strategies for different player segments. You will own and grow a portfolio of VIP players, deliver personalized high-touch experiences, and act as the primary contact for top players. You will monitor player activity and spend to manage churn risk, reactivate dormant VIPs, and refine retention strategies using segmentation and behavioral data. You will design and execute VIP campaigns, loyalty programs, and events both digital and in-person, and represent VIP needs across product, payments, support, and risk.
Requirements
- 3+ years in VIP management, player development, or business development within iGaming or casino
- Proven ability to acquire and grow high-value players
- Experience sourcing VIP players via outbound, affiliates, or events
- Deep understanding of VIP player psychology, incentives, and lifecycle management
- Commercial mindset with a track record of driving revenue (NGR / LTV)
- Strong relationship-building skills with high-value clients
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with high ownership
Responsibilities

- Represent the company at industry events, tournaments, and private gatherings
- Own and grow a portfolio of high-value players to drive retention and revenue
- Deliver highly personalized, high-touch experiences and hospitality
- Build long-term trust-based relationships and act as primary point of contact
- Identify and convert emerging VIPs using segmentation and behavioral data
- Monitor player activity and spend patterns to manage churn risk
- Reactivate dormant VIPs through personalized outreach and incentives
- Refine acquisition and retention strategies based on data and feedback
- Partner with marketing and product to design VIP campaigns and loyalty programs
- Execute and host VIP events, tournaments, and experiences
