About the Role
You will identify attract and recruit independent sales consultants across France You will manage the end to end recruitment process for 20 to 30 consultants per month You will develop and execute creative sourcing strategies and maintain accurate candidate data You will collaborate with regional sales leaders and other stakeholders to align recruitment with growth plans and ensure a smooth candidate experience
Requirements
- 5+ years of recruitment experience with a strong track record of high volume hiring.
- Proven experience recruiting independent contractors, auto-entrepreneurs, or self employed sales professionals.
- Strong understanding of the French independent contractor landscape and regulatory environment.
- Experience managing end to end recruitment processes and building candidate pipelines.
- Ability to meet or exceed recruitment targets in fast paced environments.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Excellent sourcing across multiple channels including job boards LinkedIn networking and referrals.
- Strong interviewing and assessment skills for sales roles.
- Exceptional organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Data driven mindset with ability to monitor analyze and optimize recruitment metrics.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with recruiting managers and cross functional partners.
- Self motivated and results oriented with an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Comfortable working remotely.
Responsibilities
- Source and attract independent sales consultants across France through multiple channels including job boards social networks events and direct outreach.
- Manage the end to end recruitment process for 20 to 30 independent consultants per month, ensuring quality and speed.
- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Pre screen candidates for commercial aptitude, entrepreneurial mindset, and cultural fit.
- Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit.
- Collaborate with Regional Sales Leaders and Team Leaders to understand regional hiring needs and align recruitment with growth plans.
- Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS and provide regular pipeline updates.
