About the Role

You will develop and execute commercialization strategies for ETF and mutual fund products. You will define product positioning, target segments, and distribution strategies; lead launches and client engagement activities; develop product narratives and sales enablement materials; analyze demand, competition, flows, and assets; and support strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant experience in asset management or financial services.
• Understanding of the Japanese asset management market, including ETF and/or mutual fund positioning and distribution.
• Knowledge of capital markets, investment products, and performance drivers.
• Communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to execute across a matrix organization.
• Native-level Japanese and strong business-level English.
• Knowledge of Generative AI tools and intelligent agents.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute commercialization strategies for priority ETF and mutual fund products.
• Define product positioning, target client segments, and distribution strategies with partner teams.
• Drive go-to-market execution for launches, campaigns, distributor initiatives, and fund manager roadshows.
• Develop product narratives and provide client teams with content, competitive insights, training, and tools.
• Analyze investor demand, distributor needs, competitor activity, and market trends to identify opportunities.
• Monitor flows, assets, pipeline activity, and business indicators to refine priorities.
• Lead and participate in Japan and firm-wide strategic initiatives.
