About the Role

You will develop and execute a scalable, data-driven marketing strategy for the Private Wealth Solutions business, increasing awareness, consideration, and adoption among financial advisors, RIAs, and wealth platforms. You will translate private markets capabilities and investment products into clear, compelling messaging tailored to the private wealth channel. You will lead the creation of high-quality marketing content across web, email, social media, print, video, and audio, and build advisor-facing resources such as content libraries and campaign assets. You will partner with internal stakeholders on targeted advertising campaigns, lead brand-building initiatives, monitor competitive activity and industry trends, and analyze campaign performance to optimize results. You will collaborate across Marketing, Wealth Management, Investor Relations, Investment Teams, and Compliance, ensuring all materials meet regulatory standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; marketing, communications, finance, or related field preferred
  • Significant experience in wealth management, asset management, or related financial services marketing
  • Strong track record of marketing to financial advisors, RIAs, and wealth platforms
  • Deep understanding of the wealth management landscape, advisor business models and their needs
  • Strong knowledge of investment products, including private markets offerings and evergreen fund structures
  • Proven success developing integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Excellent writing, communication, and storytelling skills
  • Strong analytical, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a scalable, data-driven marketing strategy for the Private Wealth Solutions business
  • Translate private markets capabilities and product offerings into compelling messaging for the private wealth channel
  • Build understanding of investment strategies to deliver relevant marketing programs and content for advisors
  • Lead development and refinement of marketing content across web, email, social media, print, video, and audio
  • Build and maintain advisor-facing marketing resources including content libraries, website content, and campaign assets
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to develop and execute targeted advertising campaigns
  • Lead brand-building initiatives positioning the firm as a trusted private markets partner
  • Monitor competitive activity, industry trends, advisor needs, and channel best practices
  • Analyze campaign and content performance to optimize effectiveness and engagement
  • Collaborate across Marketing, Wealth Management, Investor Relations, Investment Teams, and Compliance
  • Ensure all marketing materials comply with regulatory and compliance standards
