About the Role

You will define product positioning, messaging, audience segmentation, use cases, and differentiation. You will lead launches from customer insight and product framing through packaging, enablement, content, PR, community, adoption, and field follow-through. You will equip Sales and Customer Success with value narratives and competitive materials, establish customer proof, lead competitive intelligence, and hire and develop a product marketing team.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of B2B SaaS product marketing experience, including senior leadership roles
  • Experience with developer tools, AI, security, DevOps, infrastructure, or technical enterprise software
  • Experience positioning complex products in crowded markets
  • Proven launch and enablement leadership
  • Credibility with engineering, security, product, sales, and executive audiences
  • Experience supporting product-led growth and enterprise go-to-market motions
  • Writing, storytelling, and analytical judgment grounded in customer research, product data, and competitive evidence

Responsibilities

  • Own positioning, messaging, segmentation, personas, use cases, and differentiation
  • Lead the category shift toward comprehensive code governance and Agentic Change Management
  • Build and lead end-to-end product launches
  • Translate technical capabilities into value stories for technical and executive audiences
  • Equip Sales and Customer Success with demos, talk tracks, competitive guides, and ROI frameworks
  • Establish customer proof through case studies, evaluations, benchmarks, analyst relations, and proof points
  • Lead competitive intelligence
  • Partner on roadmap feedback, packaging, monetization, and value communication
  • Build a product marketing operating model
  • Hire and develop a product marketing team
