About the Role
You will establish and execute the product marketing strategy across product streams in Finland, Germany, and Austria. You will lead product marketers and CRM managers, shape positioning and go-to-market plans, manage lifecycle marketing, monitor adoption and revenue, and translate product capabilities into compelling customer value.
Requirements
- 6+ years of product marketing experience
- At least two years of people leadership experience
- Experience setting product marketing strategy and owning go-to-market across multiple products
- Experience in a fast-paced growth company or startup
- Experience in fintech, banking, or financial services
- Experience with CRM and lifecycle marketing, or close collaboration with those functions
- Fluency in written and spoken Finnish and English
- Experience using AI tools in day-to-day work
Responsibilities
- Set product marketing strategy, priorities, and execution plans
- Own positioning and messaging across products
- Plan and lead go-to-market launches and launch-readiness processes
- Lead, coach, and develop product marketers and CRM managers
- Own lifecycle marketing with CRM managers, from onboarding to win-back
- Monitor adoption, usage, and revenue and identify opportunities
- Partner with product owners on value propositions, roadmaps, pricing, and packaging
- Monitor competitors and maintain a voice-of-customer feedback loop
- Equip Sales, Account Management, Customer Support, and partners with enablement assets
