About the Role
You will design and deploy a centralized automated global operations framework from the ground up. You will build CRM and tracking systems, establish a 24/7 follow-the-sun operating model, optimize client onboarding and lifecycle processes, define operational metrics, oversee compliance and lead multi-region operational teams.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of senior operations leadership experience
- Experience in high-growth FinTech SaaS or technology-enabled services
- Track record building international operations from the ground up
- Hands-on experience implementing global CRM systems and automated tracking tools
- Experience managing multi-jurisdictional 24/7 operations across Europe APAC and the US
- Strong analytical and systems-oriented approach
- Ability to move between strategic planning and hands-on execution
