About the Role
You will oversee daily operations and guide Team Managers toward efficiency, productivity, and compliance. You will set performance targets, use reporting to improve results, coach leaders, handle escalations, streamline workflows, support regulatory adherence, foster collaboration, and lead strategic operational projects.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of leadership experience
- At least 1 year of operations management experience
- At least 1 year of direct customer-facing experience
- NMLS License active within the last 5 years
- Experience in tech support mortgage financial services or banking
- BA or BS degree from an accredited university is preferred
- Confident and compassionate communication skills
- Process-driven organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to learn new technology platforms and complete regulatory compliance training
- Follow company security policies and data handling procedures
- Complete mandatory security awareness training
- Report suspected security incidents or suspicious activity
Responsibilities
- Oversee and mentor Team Managers
- Set and achieve handle time CSAT and SLA KPIs
- Use data-driven reporting to optimize team efficiency
- Conduct coaching sessions with Team Managers
- Handle escalated customer situations
- Lead weekly Operations Management syncs
- Identify process inefficiencies and streamline workflows
- Ensure adherence to originations policies regulations and legal requirements
- Lead strategic projects aligned with departmental goals
