About the Role
You will provide operational leadership, governance, and execution oversight across global health, safety, and environment programs. You will manage incident workflows, documentation, reporting, event safety, the global HSE inbox, ergonomic cases, workplace accommodations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Operational leadership experience managing complex programs
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and resolve ambiguity
- Experience working across global teams and cross-functional stakeholders
- Continuous improvement experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
- Experience with case management, workflow, reporting, or ticketing platforms such as ServiceNow
- 8+ years of experience in HSE, operations, risk management, program management, workplace services, employee health and safety, or a related field
- Experience with governance, operational controls, reporting, stakeholder management, and continuous improvement
- Familiarity with HSE concepts, incident management, risk assessments, workplace needs, ergonomics, occupational health pathways, or event safety programs
Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day operating model for global HSE programs
- Serve as an operational point of contact for HSE matters
- Oversee global incident intake, tracking, documentation, escalation, and closure
- Monitor incident workflows and drive timely resolution
- Manage HSE operational documentation and records
- Lead operational tracking, metrics, dashboards, and reporting
- Prepare executive-ready summaries and governance materials
- Oversee the Event Safety program
- Review event safety records and drive remediation
- Manage the global HSE inbox operating model
- Analyze recurring issues and improve operational processes
- Provide oversight of ergonomic and workplace needs cases
- Lead case managers supporting workplace accommodations and disability support
- Monitor case service delivery and follow-up
- Lead cross-functional HSE initiatives and process redesign efforts
