About the Role
You will build and maintain datasets and dashboards that provide visibility into cost, schedule, risk, and quality. You will support due diligence and deal documentation, track project milestones, prepare meetings and materials, document processes, and turn complex construction and business information into actionable insight.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in construction management, consulting, investment banking, or a fast-paced operations or strategy role
- Exposure to data center infrastructure, co-location providers, development, or real estate is a plus
- Strong analytical skills
- Exceptional proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Sigma, Tableau, or Looker is a plus
- Strong written communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with Gantt charts, critical path, and milestone tracking
- Strong interest in AI infrastructure, power markets, and large-scale data center development
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Business, Economics, or a related quantitative field
Responsibilities
- Build and improve cost, schedule, risk, and quality dashboards
- Assist with due diligence and documentation
- Prepare data rooms, exhibits, and external deal materials
- Prepare meeting agendas, take notes, track action items, and follow up on commitments
- Support schedule and milestone tracking across campus builds
- Flag schedule slippage and identify the critical path
- Draft presentations, one-pagers, and memos
- Document standard operating procedures, RACI matrices, and lessons learned
- Support special projects and operational gaps
