About the Role
You will lead process-improvement, automation, and innovation initiatives across the contract lifecycle. You will design scalable workflows, deploy AI-enabled productivity tools, build performance reporting, create documentation and training, and support governance and adoption of new operating practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience
- 6-10 years of experience in contract management, legal operations, business operations, process improvement, or a related function
- Experience leading process improvement, automation, technology implementation, or operational transformation
- Experience supporting contract lifecycle management processes and workflows
- Experience with Contract Lifecycle Management platforms, preferably DocuSign CLM
- Familiarity with workflow automation and low-code platforms
- Hands-on experience with AI and automation technologies
- Familiarity with generative AI tools
- Analytical, project management, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to influence stakeholders and manage multiple initiatives
Responsibilities
- Lead process-improvement, automation, and innovation initiatives across the contract lifecycle
- Design and implement scalable workflow solutions
- Identify opportunities to reduce manual effort, remove bottlenecks, and improve turnaround times
- Evaluate, develop, and deploy AI-enabled solutions, workflow automations, assistants, copilots, and productivity tools
- Use AI and emerging technologies to improve contract review, knowledge management, reporting, and decision-making
- Gather requirements, prioritize opportunities, and deliver scalable solutions with business and technology stakeholders
- Develop reporting, dashboards, and metrics to measure operational performance and business impact
- Create and maintain process documentation, playbooks, and training materials
- Support governance, change management, and user adoption for new tools and processes
