About the Role

You will lead the end-to-end delivery of Americas analyst and intern programs, including onboarding, professional development, cohort engagement, manager enablement, and learning facilitation. You will manage a regional team, collaborate with global and cross-functional stakeholders, improve programs using feedback and analytics, and oversee vendors, contracts, budgets, and financial planning.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated success leading large-scale learning, development, or early careers programs within complex global organizations.
  • Ability to design learning experiences, manage programs end-to-end, and develop strategic plans aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to synthesize information and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to prioritize competing demands, navigate ambiguity, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaboration experience across functions, regions, and virtual teams.
  • Ability to leverage technology and emerging tools to improve efficiency, scale, and program effectiveness.
  • People leadership experience, including coaching and developing team members, is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of the Americas Analyst and Intern Program, including onboarding, development, engagement, manager enablement, and learning facilitation.
  • Drive continuous improvement through technology-enabled processes, participant feedback, and program analytics.
  • Lead and develop a regional team and contribute to global early careers strategy and programming.
  • Partner with Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, business leaders, and stakeholders to deliver a seamless participant experience.
  • Develop engagement initiatives and targeted professional and technical skill-building opportunities.
  • Manage external vendor relationships, contracting activities, budget planning, and financial oversight.
