About the Role
You will support day-to-day HR operations, manage relationships with staffing agencies and external recruiters, coordinate hiring and onboarding activities, and maintain office supplies and materials. You will also help deliver employee engagement programs, respond to employee questions, support HR projects, and assist with policy communications.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in HR, operations, or administrative support
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and relationship-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work night shift, Monday through Friday
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for staffing agencies and external recruiters
- Coordinate requisition intake, candidate submissions, interviews, onboarding timelines, and invoicing
- Track agency performance, placements, contracts, and spend
- Ensure compliance with hiring guidelines and vendor agreements
- Support hiring managers with contingent workforce processes and documentation
- Order and manage office supplies, equipment, and HR-related materials
- Coordinate onboarding logistics, including badges, equipment, workspace setup, and welcome materials
- Assist with employee engagement initiatives, events, and programs
- Support surveys, feedback collection, and follow-up actions
- Coordinate employee celebrations and recognition programs
- Respond to employee questions or route them appropriately
- Support HR projects, process improvements, policy updates, and communication rollouts
- Provide backup support to the HR team
