About the Role
You will manage the contractor and extended-workforce program from intake through offboarding. You will oversee staffing suppliers, maintain compliance processes, advise hiring managers, improve program systems and reporting, and resolve escalations with Legal, Finance, and IT.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in contingent workforce, procurement operations, or HR operations
- Experience with a Vendor Management System or contractor-management tooling
- Knowledge of worker classification, co-employment, and contractor-program compliance
- Experience partnering with Legal, Finance, IT, and business stakeholders
- Experience resolving workforce issues
Responsibilities
- Manage the contractor and extended-workforce program from intake through offboarding
- Manage vendor and staffing supplier relationships
- Build compliant processes for classification, onboarding, access, and data protection
- Advise hiring managers on workforce solutions
- Improve vendor-management tooling, reporting, and documentation
- Partner with Legal, Finance, and IT to resolve escalations
