About the Role

A hands-on, high-ownership contract role at Founders Factory focused on building and validating early-stage HealthTech ventures alongside founders.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated 0-to-1 experience in digital health or medtech.
  • Experience applying AI or developing innovative health or medical devices is advantageous.
  • Lean, experimental mindset prioritizing speed, learning, and focus.
  • Ability to work across product, design, technology, and growth.
  • Ability to build no-code or low-code solutions, prototypes, or proofs of concept.
  • Commercial curiosity around ICPs, value propositions, pricing hypotheses, and early go-to-market.
  • Strong communication, feedback-seeking, and founder relationship skills.
  • Availability for an initial 6-12 month freelance contract.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end early build from problem definition and MVP scoping through shipping, testing, and iteration.
  • Get products into users' hands quickly using lean, experimental approaches to validate assumptions and generate learning.
  • Shape customer experience and product vision while balancing user, commercial, and technical realities.
  • Work closely with founders to challenge thinking, sharpen focus, and drive momentum.
  • Help ventures progress through studio stage gates toward evidence-backed decisions.
  • Spot opportunities by staying close to market dynamics, emerging technology, and user behavior.
  • Communicate progress, learnings, trade-offs, and recommendations clearly with founders and the wider studio.
