About the Role
You will own growth strategy, roadmap priorities, and execution across acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization. You will use customer research, product data, controlled experiments, and AI-powered experiences to improve discovery, onboarding, recommendations, cross-sell, and long-term adoption.
Requirements
- BA/BS in mathematics, a technical field, or an analytical field
- Minimum 4 years of product management experience building technical products from ideation to launch
- Data-driven narrative development

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a growth product strategy across acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization
- Own the roadmap, priorities, and execution for a defined growth surface area
- Lead the ideation, development, and launch of AI-powered growth experiences
- Partner with engineering, design, marketing, and data science on growth initiatives
- Conduct customer research and analyze product metrics and feedback
- Define and track growth KPIs and design controlled experiments
- Evaluate AI-powered experiences for growth impact, accuracy, relevance, and reliability
- Turn successful experiments into durable product improvements
