About the Role
You will own Gold growth strategy and roadmap across the member lifecycle. You will run experiments with data science, make growth and economics trade-offs, build consumer experiences with design and engineering, coordinate partners, and deliver measurable growth outcomes.

Responsibilities
- Own the Gold growth strategy and roadmap across the member lifecycle
- Drive member growth, trial-to-paid conversion, churn reduction, and lifetime value
- Build and run experimentation programs with data science
- Generate hypotheses, size opportunities, design A/B tests, and act on results
- Make trade-offs across growth, member experience, and economics
- Build consumer experiences with design and engineering
- Coordinate engineering, design, marketing, finance, legal, and compliance partners
