About the Role

You will own billing experiences across purchases, plan changes, invoices, usage, spend controls, and self-service support. You will work with Growth, Trust and Safety, Engineering, and Design to improve conversion, prevent abuse, build agentic billing capabilities, and set product strategy and roadmap priorities.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience, including self-serve purchase, subscription, or billing experiences
• Experience shipping self-serve experiences with ownership of conversion and retention metrics
• Experience running experiments to improve conversion and retention
• Strong product design judgment for complex billing concepts
• Experience building LLM-powered or agentic product features
• Ability to discuss system design, abuse patterns, and funnels with cross-functional partners
• Ability to balance growth, risk, and financial accuracy

Responsibilities

• Understand billing friction across consumer, developer, team, and enterprise customer segments
• Partner with Growth on purchase, upgrade, and plan-change flows
• Partner with Trust and Safety to prevent abuse of plans and credits
• Design agentic billing experiences with confirmation for costly actions
• Create consistent buying, upgrade, and spend-management experiences across Claude products
• Drive billing product strategy and roadmap prioritization
• Communicate stakeholder trade-offs to senior leadership
