About the Role
You will own a product area from discovery through launch and iteration. You will set product direction, define success metrics, work directly with users and data, and partner with Engineering and Design to ship continuously. You will use AI tools, prototypes, queries, and technical specifications to validate and deliver high-impact solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management or product engineering experience with strong technical involvement.
- Track record of taking products from zero to live use with real users.
- Daily experience using LLMs, vibe coding, and AI agents.
- Experience applying LLMs or agentic AI to real products.
- Proficiency in Python or a similar programming language.
- Comfort with SQL, Git, databases, and system architecture evaluation.
- Product analytics and user-research experience, including metrics, interviews, usability testing, and experiments.
- Strong UX knowledge.
- Experience shipping products with Design and Engineering in an agile environment.
- Strong English communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Set the vision, strategy, and roadmap for your product area.
- Take new products and features from discovery through launch and iteration.
- Conduct user interviews, usability tests, and experiments to validate problems and solutions.
- Define, instrument, and track KPIs using product analytics.
- Review technical approaches, assess architectural trade-offs, and unblock decisions.
- Write clear, technical product specifications.
- Identify and deliver product value through LLMs and AI agents.
- Prototype ideas using AI tools, scripts, no-code tools, and other rapid methods.
- Write queries, investigate data pipelines, build prototypes, and open pull requests when appropriate.
- Prioritize work based on user impact, business value, effort, and regulatory constraints.
