About the Role
You will own the self-serve product experience for creators and marketers. You will define and scope major product bets, use product data and customer feedback to identify opportunities, and work with engineering, design, growth, lifecycle, and social partners to ship and launch improvements. You will track activation, engagement, retention, conversion, revenue, and adoption.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience on consumer or self-serve products
- Experience owning revenue, growth, or adoption outcomes
- Familiarity with creative tools and creator and marketer needs
- Experience scoping and owning ambiguous product bets end to end
- Product design and user-experience skills
- Technical fluency
- Product analytics skills
- Experience shipping and iterating using data
- Interest in AI and creative tools
Responsibilities
- Own self-serve revenue, growth, and adoption for ElevenCreative
- Define and scope major self-serve product bets
- Identify user-journey opportunities through product data and user behavior
- Drive adoption of agents, video, and other platform experiences
- Work with engineering and design to ship product improvements
- Partner on launches and user lifecycle moments
- Define and track activation, engagement, retention, and conversion metrics
- Interview creators and marketers and bring insights into product decisions
