About the Role
You will own the growth approach for user activation and productivity. You will lead the self-serve offering, pricing and packaging, product roadmaps, customer and data research, feature delivery, and scalable product processes across engineering, research, marketing, operations, and deployment.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product and engineering experience
- Developer tools background or at least one year of engineering experience
- Experience leading growth teams in an enterprise context
- Technical product-development expertise
- Product-launch experience
- Knowledge of AI coding agents and model capabilities
- Ability to work in high-ambiguity environments
- Availability to work in the San Francisco office five days per week
Responsibilities
- Define and improve the user activation metric
- Increase user activation and productivity
- Own the self-serve product offering, pricing, packaging, and success evaluation
- Own roadmaps across multiple major product areas
- Use customer feedback and data to identify pain points and product improvements
- Partner with engineering and research to ship AI-powered development features
- Build scalable product frameworks and processes
