About the Role

You will own user acquisition strategy across paid, owned, influencer, referral, and emerging channels. You will manage channel specialists, allocate budget, run experiments, improve attribution and reporting, develop new channels, and communicate performance to leadership.

Requirements

• 8+ years of user acquisition or performance marketing experience
• At least 2 years of direct team-management experience
• Experience scaling paid acquisition programs with measurable CAC and LTV outcomes
• Hands-on experience with at least two of paid social, paid search, and programmatic advertising
• Analytical skills and SQL experience or ability to work closely with analysts
• Experience marketing a financial product, consumer app, or a product requiring trust and explanation
• Written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Own user-acquisition strategy across paid social, paid search, influencer, referral, and emerging channels
• Set priorities and allocate budget using performance data
• Manage and develop channel managers
• Build and maintain testing roadmaps for creative, audience, landing page, and offer variables
• Define acquisition metrics and reporting infrastructure with the data team
• Partner with brand and creative teams to produce converting advertising content
• Develop non-traditional acquisition channels, including media partnerships, community programs, and event activations
• Report acquisition performance and recommended next steps to leadership
