About the Role

You will oversee external and in-house investment programs, monitor managers, build fixed-income trading infrastructure, develop capital-planning frameworks, maintain investment policies and SOX-ready controls, and provide portfolio performance, compliance, and risk reporting.

Requirements

Corporate cash investment strategy expertise
In-house investment program and direct fixed-income trading experience
SMA, investment policy, capital allocation, and external manager oversight experience
Treasury policy and SOX-ready controls experience
Operational accountability for time-sensitive cash movements
Knowledge of the Investment Company Act of 1940 and relevant exemptions
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, or experience

Responsibilities

Optimize the external investment program
Monitor external manager performance and maintain performance reporting
Design and build an in-house investment program
Develop direct fixed-income trading capability and infrastructure
Develop and operationalize capital-planning frameworks
Design and maintain investment policies and SOX-ready controls
Build management reporting on portfolio performance, compliance, and risk exposures
Apply AI tools to investment workflows and reporting
