About the Role
You will support treasury governance and covenant monitoring, manage SOX controls, maintain a 13-week cash forecast, and prepare reporting for lenders, rating agencies, risk committees, and boards. You will assess financial risk exposures, support facility onboarding, improve reporting processes and data quality, and provide actionable liquidity and funding analysis.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in corporate treasury, corporate finance, or a closely related field
- Knowledge of debt agreements, compliance mechanics, and treasury controls
- Ability to support liquidity planning, modeling, controls, and process enhancement
Responsibilities
- Support the treasury risk and governance framework
- Monitor covenants, compliance certificates, bank reporting obligations, and treasury policies
- Manage treasury SOX design, documentation, testing support, and control enhancements
- Maintain the 13-week cash forecast
- Prepare materials for rating agencies, lenders, risk committees, and boards
- Report on interest-rate, foreign-exchange, counterparty, and refinancing risks and recommend mitigation strategies
- Onboard new facilities into compliance and reporting processes
- Drive process improvement, automation, and data quality across treasury reporting
