About the Role
You will support corporate and project financing transactions by managing data rooms, diligence responses, lender questions, term-sheet comparisons, and documentation. You will build financial models, evaluate financing terms, align assumptions with internal stakeholders, maintain the financing pipeline, and support covenant-compliance and bank-reporting handoffs after closing.

- 2–5 years of experience in corporate treasury, banking, corporate finance, or structured finance

Responsibilities
- Support corporate and project financing transaction workstreams
- Manage data rooms, diligence responses, lender questions, term-sheet comparisons, and documentation coordination
- Build and maintain transaction models for debt capacity, pricing, leverage, liquidity, covenants, and downside cases
- Evaluate financing terms and covenant frameworks
- Coordinate transaction assumptions and deliverables with legal, accounting, FP&A, tax, and corporate development
- Maintain a financing pipeline across projects, counterparties, milestones, and dependencies
- Support post-close covenant-compliance and bank-reporting handoffs
