You will execute and track fiat payouts, oversee transaction lifecycles, reconcile balances and financial data, and investigate payment issues. You will support OTC settlement operations, month-end close, liquidity monitoring, and finance transformation projects while coordinating with bank partners and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities
- Execute and track manual fiat payouts
- Oversee transaction lifecycles and resolve payment discrepancies
- Review, reconcile, and credit merchant balances
- Reconcile internal software, bank platforms, and blockchain data
- Investigate failed payments and provide merchant status updates
- Support OTC trade operations and settlement tracking
- Manage month-end closing, bank reconciliations, and financial schedules
- Monitor daily liquidity across accounts and providers
- Resolve merchant transaction issues with Compliance, Engineering, and Sales
- Contribute to process optimization and system upgrades
