About the Role

You will maintain, scrub, and organize financial records across ledgers and reporting systems. You will perform daily and monthly reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, prepare journal entries, organize month-end documentation, and support financial modeling, statistical analysis, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and process improvements.

Requirements

  • Recent graduate or currently completing a bachelor's or master's degree in finance or a related field.
  • Minimum GPA of 3.6.
  • Completion of mid-level finance and accounting courses.
  • Proficiency with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with an emphasis on data manipulation.
  • Attention to detail, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Organization and time-management skills to meet strict reporting deadlines.
  • Written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain, scrub, and organize large sets of financial records across ledgers and reporting systems.
  • Perform daily and monthly reconciliations, including bank, revenue, and COGS reconciliations.
  • Investigate variances and discrepancies.
  • Prepare journal entries and organize month-end close documentation.
  • Assist with financial modeling, statistical analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Present data-driven recommendations based on variance analysis and special-project findings.
  • Support senior analysts in streamlining financial-reporting workflows and automating routine reconciliation tasks.
