About the Role

You will support debt financing transactions across structuring, negotiation, diligence, and closing. You will build financial models, prepare investor and internal materials, guide advisors, participate in investor discussions, benchmark market terms, and align financing structures with legal, treasury, and FP&A needs.

Requirements

• 2-4+ years of experience in investment banking, private capital investments, management consulting, finance roles in scale-ups, or equivalent
• Financial modeling skills
• Knowledge of complex capital structures
• Experience with or aptitude for debt instruments and structures
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams
• Written and verbal English communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in finance, industrial engineering, economics, business, or a related field
• Commercial judgment

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial models for financing structures, pricing, and covenant terms
• Prepare internal and investor-facing materials and analyses
• Guide advisors in their workstreams
• Support debt financing transaction structuring, negotiation, and closing
• Participate in investor discussions and term sheet negotiations
• Drive due diligence processes for financing transactions
• Track and benchmark market terms across comparable debt transactions
• Partner with Legal, Treasury, and FP&A to align financing structures with business needs
