About the Role
You will acquire affluent customers, identify their financial needs, and recommend suitable banking, insurance, and investment solutions. You will build and deepen customer relationships, manage accounts and transactions, provide wealth management support, meet sales and service targets, maintain market knowledge, comply with licensing and regulatory requirements, and refer customers to other banking specialists.
Requirements
- Degree, preferably in business or finance
- Registered RI for Regulated Activities Types 1 and 4 with relevant HKSI examination passes or equivalent
- Registered TR for general and long-term insurance with relevant IIQE examination passes or equivalent
- Preferably registered CI-CRWP
- CFP or CFA designation is advantageous
- Listening and communication skills
- Ability to influence
- Fluency in Mandarin and English
Responsibilities
- Acquire affluent customers and solicit business opportunities
- Identify customer needs through financial needs analysis and planning
- Recommend banking, insurance, and investment products
- Explain wealth management products and associated risks
- Respond to customer queries about investment and treasury products
- Perform relationship management calls and sales duties
- Meet assigned sales and business targets
- Perform RI-regulated and TR insurance activities
- Maintain regular contact with existing customers
- Update customers on product, market, and account information
- Handle enquiries and execute financial transactions and orders
- Refer customers to other consumer banking specialists
- Comply with bank policies, licensing, KYC, FNA, PDPO, anti-money laundering, and regulatory requirements
