About the Role
You will support live debt financing transactions from sourcing through closing. You will prepare financial models and investor materials, contribute to due diligence, support advisor work, assist with term-sheet negotiations and deal execution, and work directly on capital-raising activities.
Requirements
- Prior experience in investment banking, private equity, management consulting, or similar
- 3+ years of academic studies in finance, industrial engineering, economics, business, or a related field
- Financial modeling experience
- Analytical skills
- English communication skills
- Interest in AI infrastructure, capital markets, and corporate finance
Responsibilities
- Support financial modeling and analyses for debt financing transactions
- Prepare investor materials
- Contribute to due diligence processes and support advisor work
- Support term sheet negotiation and deal execution
- Work with senior finance leadership on capital raising activities
