About the Role
You will lead financing transactions from term-sheet negotiation through close. You will structure credit support, own transaction models, design and stress-test capital structures, manage external workstreams, and prepare investor, lender, and internal approval materials.
Requirements
- Lead or substantially own leveraged-finance, structured-credit, or capital-markets deal execution from term sheet through close
- Build, audit, and pressure-test transaction models independently
- Know credit agreement mechanics, covenant structures, and high-yield and leveraged-loan documentation
- Manage external advisors and counterparty workstreams
- Draft investment memos, term sheets, and board-level materials
