About the Role
You will support debt, equipment, and project financing transactions from diligence through close. You will build and audit transaction models, evaluate credit support and capital structures, coordinate external workstreams, and prepare materials for investors, lenders, and internal approvals.
Requirements
- Work in leveraged finance, structured credit, or a related capital-markets role
- Support deal execution, diligence, documentation, and lender and advisor coordination
- Build, maintain, and audit transaction models for multi-tranche capital structures
- Draft organized memos, summaries, and deal-tracking materials
Responsibilities
- Support financing execution, diligence, documentation, and closing workstreams
- Build, maintain, and audit transaction models
- Review and model credit support, warrants, and equity co-investment structures
- Evaluate capital structures and intercreditor arrangements
- Coordinate external counsel, financial advisors, and counterparties
- Prepare investor, lender, and approval materials
