About the Role
You will support credit analysis, portfolio surveillance, reporting, and loan closings. You will maintain the deal pipeline and compliance records, assist with underwriting, due diligence, legal documentation, and credit recommendations, and build expertise in credit markets, underwriting, and portfolio management.
Requirements
- 5+ years of credit analysis or related finance experience
- University degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Liberal Arts, or a related field
- Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
- Communication, organization, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in credit markets, loan structuring, and legal documentation is a plus
- Familiarity with securitizations, private equity, or private debt is a plus
Responsibilities
- Perform credit analysis, portfolio surveillance, and reporting
- Oversee loan closings with internal and external parties
- Maintain the deal pipeline and compliance documentation
- Assist with underwriting, due diligence, and legal documentation for loans
- Assist with presenting and defending credit recommendations
- Develop industry, underwriting, and portfolio-management knowledge
- Handle assigned projects
