About the Role
You will execute secondary transactions, manage warehouse facilities, build trade plans, monitor pipelines and takeout commitments, lead loan allocations and settlements, resolve diligence exceptions, produce loan tapes, deliver reporting, reconcile data, and improve reporting tools and automation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, real estate, or a related field
- 4+ years of relevant experience in capital markets, structured finance, corporate finance, or mortgage banking
- Analytical and critical-thinking skills
- Written and verbal communication
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities
- Build short- and long-term RTL and DSCR trade plans
- Manage warehouse facilities, line activity, sales, repurchases, eligibility criteria, concentration limits, advance rates, loan aging, and margin calls
- Support warehouse facility renewals and amendments
- Analyze buyer execution and recommend loan allocations
- Monitor pipelines against takeout commitments
- Lead trade strategy, loan allocations, and transaction execution
- Resolve diligence findings and exceptions
- Produce reconciled loan tapes for investors, warehouse lenders, and trustees
- Deliver portfolio, pipeline, counterparty, and trustee reporting
- Reconcile data across internal systems, servicers, and counterparties
- Improve capital-markets data and reporting tools and automate manual processes
