About the Role
You will cover the evening and weekend trading-desk window, providing OTC quotes and executing trades. You will oversee fund flows, ensure timely crypto and fiat settlements, resolve discrepancies, support liquidity management, and maintain trading reports. You will also help deliver product features and automation, identify account upsell opportunities, and complete desk administration while following KYC and AML practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related subject
- 0–3 years of experience in a similar institutional crypto role, preferably in trading or middle office
- Knowledge of the crypto industry and financial markets
- Numerical and analytical skills
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, and complex formulas
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English
Responsibilities
- Provide OTC quotes and execute client trades
- Manage and monitor OTC Trading Desk fund inflows and outflows
- Ensure accurate and timely crypto and fiat settlements
- Resolve settlement issues and discrepancies with internal teams
- Support liquidity management across departments
- Act as product owner for new features and automation
- Grow upsell opportunities within existing client accounts
- Ensure trading practices comply with KYC and AML requirements
- Maintain trading activity reports and client feedback logs
- Support desk administration tasks
