About the Role
You will quote cryptocurrency OTC trades, maintain competitive and profitable pricing, and manage trading risk. You will monitor market-maker pricing and market trends, manage crypto inventory and fiat liquidity, identify arbitrage opportunities, ensure FX compliance, collaborate on trading products, and deliver trading, P&L, and risk reports.
Requirements
- Have 1–2 years of financial-markets experience in sell-side sales, trading, OTC trading, treasury, or market-making
- Demonstrate analytical, quantitative, and decision-making skills
- Have experience with Bloomberg, Refinitiv, or similar market tools
Responsibilities
- Quote OTC cryptocurrency trades while managing pricing, profitability, and risk
- Monitor market-maker pricing and market trends
- Manage crypto inventory and liquidity across fiat accounts
- Analyze spreads, pricing, and arbitrage opportunities across exchanges
- Ensure compliance with BSP and AML regulations for FX operations
- Collaborate with business development, product, and compliance stakeholders
- Prepare trade reports, P&L summaries, and risk analyses
